Most clients at Domain Athletics are between 40 and 60. Some are 65. They're not here to compete. They're here to get strong, lose fat, protect their joints, and stay able to do the things they like doing. Strength training is the most effective tool for that at any age, and the safest when it's coached.
That's what this studio is. Fully private, one client at a time, every set watched and counted by Coach Gabriel Flores. Programs are built for real bodies with real histories: a bad shoulder, a stiff back, a knee that's been through things, twenty years of sitting.
Who this is for
- You're 40+ and haven't lifted since your twenties, or ever.
- You've been told to "build muscle" by a doctor and don't know where to start.
- You want to lose fat without living on a treadmill.
- You want to be strong at 60 and 70, not just at 45.
What a session looks like
About an hour, one-on-one. We start with how you move, not how much you can lift. Early sessions are built around form and confidence, nothing is assumed. From there the weight goes up steadily, and so does everything else: energy, sleep, how your clothes fit. Take-home workouts and practical meal suggestions are included. So is accountability: a set appointment and a coach expecting you.
